I stayed at the Mama Shelter a while ago and had a wonderful time. It's perfectly located in La Défense (with easy access to trains, RER, metro, and tram). The room was spotless and the breakfast was fantastic (lots of choices!). Thank you to the reception staff for their warm welcome.

I was very disappointed with my visit to Mama Shelter's rooftop bar for drinks with my colleagues. The waiter (Antoine) had the nerve to throw ice cubes and water on us while we were dancing and asked to pay the bill (€216). The least he could have done was with much more class. I call that respect. Absolutely no courtesy.

Good hotel actually for stay. Spacious for 2 pax. Train station is walking distance. And 20 - 30 minutes to Eifel tower..
