We stayed at the hotel for three nights as part of the Rugby Six Nations 2026 tournament; we were probably the only Germans in Rome for this purpose. Overall, the location is very good for a few days in Rome, near the Cipro metro station, the entrance to the Vatican Museums (within walking distance), and the stadium (accessible by bus or taxi). The two of us had a complimentary upgrade to a triple room, which was spacious. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast is good but could be improved. From 9:00 AM onwards, the breakfast room was very crowded, and some items were temporarily unavailable (which was acceptable), but sometimes even longer. The pastries were also arranged in a rather odd way. Otherwise, the design concept is coherent, and the curtain behind the reception desk and the interiors of the elevators are particularly noteworthy. However, is the 0.2-liter bottle of juice for the All Silver status really appropriate or worthwhile?

This is the third time we have stayed head here and it appears to be on the decline. You can’t fault the location, but more and more I believe that there are trying to extract more money from the customer with the overpriced merchandise. The room was small given it was classed as medium size and the price. I booked the gym and swimming area. The steam room had an appalling smell and the sauna was so cold a man was on his phone in there. Nobody minds quirky, but given the price paid there is a certain standard expected and this hotel no longer meets it.
