An old 1960s apartment building, "made up" to look like a nice hotel, but it falls flat. It's nowhere near a 4-star hotel; I'd give it 2 stars at most. Overrated and expensive. The reception area is very nice, I have to say. It's nothing like the photos on Booking.com. Dark, small, with a dreadful, poorly renovated bathroom, no shower screen, a pathetic toilet, and a tiny vanity unit—barely big enough for a toiletry bag. Even the mirror was broken. The hotel's photos don't even include a single picture of the bathroom we were given. The makeover was so bad that the room had a refrigerator and a wooden partition that's falling apart, concealing an old kitchen that even still has the dusty, antique microwave. The terrace has rotten wood. And what can I say about the staff? When we arrived, a very nice young woman who spoke Spanish greeted us. When we told her we weren't happy with the room, she referred us to the manager, a rude woman who barely looked at us when we spoke and didn't even try to understand us. We showed her that the room we had booked through Booking.com wasn't what we were given. After complaining for quite some time, they showed us another room. It was like an apartment, and the bedroom had a small double bed and a tiny window. We didn't accept the change and asked for another solution, which never came, and she stopped talking to us. We were very surprised by the way this manager treated us. We filed a complaint with Booking.com. And we had no choice but to stay; we couldn't find another hotel available at that hour. After an 800km drive and arriving at the hotel at 10:30 pm, you don't expect to find this, much less this kind of treatment. Without a doubt, I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel. There are much better options in Megeve than this.

Our experience is the end of the week at a time, literally, one day. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel or hotel. It is an old building of apartments made to look like we are here. The entrance and the vistas start, because all of them are old and old. The 303 house was a disaster: the bathroom was not reformed, it was rotten, it was not wet, the odor was deteriorated and the water was poorly regulated, so the water was inconvenient and unpleasant. The habitación was small, with little light, and to be repaired, after a wooden wall already inhabited by an old kitchen, without removing it. Important: there is neither a single photo of these real baths on the web nor in Booking. The images that appear do not coincide absolutely with the ones they show. You're an engaño. Before you change your home, you will not be able to do so at the announcement. We offer you a spacious “apartment”, with a bathroom a little better, but the accommodation has a bedroom, a balcony and a small bedroom. The personal, except the one that our attention was looking forward to, most of us were interested. The encargada ni siquiera headed towards our nosotros. We do not recommend this low-concept hotel. Wherever the photos are sold, they are not reality. There are many better options here and there are many options that promise. The only positive thing: the work that we attended at the check-out (American pink chic) was pleasant, although it was disappointing after a disappointing vacation. The entrance and the view are misleading, because everything else is old and of poor quality. Room 303 was a disaster: the bathroom hadn't been renovated, the mirror was broken, there was no shower screen, the toilet was badly damaged, and the water pressure was off, making showering uncomfortable and unpleasant. The room was small and dark, and to top it off, behind a wooden partition, they had left an old, hidden kitchen that hadn't even been removed. Important point: there are no photos of these actual bathrooms on either the hotel's website or Booking.com. The images they show are completely inaccurate. It's a deception. Upon seeing the room, we asked for a change, as it bore no resemblance to what had been advertised. We were reluctantly offered a sort of "apartment" with a slightly better bathroom, but the room was like a cave, with no balcony and a tiny bed. The staff, with the exception of the young woman who greeted us upon departure, showed no interest whatsoever. The manager didn't even acknowledge our presence. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. What they show in the photos is not reality. There are much better establishments in the area that actually deliver on their promises. On a positive note: the person who served us at check-out (the young woman in the pink jacket) was friendly, which we appreciated after such a disappointing stay.
