Stay was nice, got a room with nice view, staffs are polite and very supportive, lost my jacket they found it. Also helped me with unscrewing some toys which were not fitting in my luggage.

We went back a 2nd time in December after having such a great overall experience back in June. The Grand Club was a nice surprise and the food selection was great for me. This time, everything from booking us in the Seaside Tower looking over tops of buildings to the Club Room having scaled back CONSIDERABLY with what food they did put out that was weird and unappealing and almost inedible to the coffee machine being broken for the entire stay we should have rebooked to stay extra days in Phoenix AZ instead. To add to my misery, I got sick after eating some mexican wrap in the Club Room ending up on the bathroom floor most of the night. Oh, and did I mention mexican? That's all they kept serving for every meal. What a disappointment. I hope Corp rethinks what they've done. As a Globalist, it was like night and day and we most likely will not stay here again.
