The entire HAUS65 team were fantastic! They were very accommodating to our needs. They helped us make a last minute dinner reservations at Ce La Vi and change and confirm our transportation from the hotel to the airport. Always greeted us with a big smile at the door by our names and cleared our table quickly as we go get another plate of food. The food choices were excellent during breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktail hour! They even stopped by to our room on our last night with a small going away gift. Thank you so much to Andrew, Tim, Jaya, Sera, Brittany, Erna and Christina for making our wedding anniversary vacation very memorable. I made a spa booking on the M.O app and that was quick and seamless, and my husband enjoyed his treatment and the facilities as well. Housekeeping was excellent as our room was well stocked of the bathroom amenities, water bottles, coffee & tea drinks and fresh linens. Turn down always left us with a small gift which was much appreciated. I love that they put a cable holder on our phone charger cables so its neatly folded on the desk, sweet touch! On the morning of our check out, I had to call the operator because I was having trouble using the express checkout on the television and she was very helpful and have also helped send staff to pickup our luggages from the room. Our driver was already in front of the hotel and luggages were already loaded. Both pickup and drop-off drivers were great. We had a very comfortable ride to and from. We made it to our destinations in pretty good time. My only regret is not having enough time to buy the M.O Singapore fan from the gift shop.
