Spent 2 weeks at the Mandarin Resort. Food was great lots and lots of choices, Hotel is spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Few issues round the pool but swiftly dealt with. Rooms can be noisy, but it was an unruly family that disturbed us not the hotel. Cannot fault my experience at the Mandarin resort.

We stayed at the hotel for a short time. Overall, it was clean and tidy. Our room was simple but adequate. The staff were helpful and assisted with our questions. Breakfast didn't completely exceed our expectations, but it was sufficient, and the items were fresh. The common areas were well-maintained, especially the entrance and reception area. Despite some minor shortcomings, our overall experience was positive. Its advantageous location is also a plus. Considering the price, it's a hotel worth considering.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights at the end of October. The guests were mostly Turkish, aged 60+. We enjoyed the food. The dinners were good, but the breakfasts and lunches were a bit meager. We drank wine and beer, and everything was fine. The only entertainment was live music in the evenings, aimed exclusively at Turks and performed in Turkish. There was practically no gym or spa. Everything was very dirty and tired. Our room was on the ground floor in the main building. It was also very dirty, with ants and some kind of bugs running around. We didn't find any bedbugs. The hairdryer was simply awful, completely re-glued and reassembled, as if it were a hundred years old. The towel we were given was torn. There were a lot of cats on the premises. If you don't close the balcony door, they will calmly enter the room and jump on the bed. Otherwise, the cats themselves are well-groomed, clean, and friendly. There are two swimming pools on the property, and since it was mostly pensioners, the sun loungers were free. I really liked the grounds themselves. There's lots of greenery, rare plants, and even tangerine trees. The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance of the bus station and the city center. There's a pharmacy and grocery store nearby. The street is quiet. The hotel isn't exactly five-star, but it would be a good choice for a city hotel if it weren't for the dirt and ants. Pros: Location, quiet, green grounds, delicious food and alcohol. Cons: Poor housekeeping and insects in the rooms. I wouldn't risk the spa or gym. Live music is only in Turkish.
