The room was ideally located with a fantastic view of the beautiful surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and always available. We highly recommended that all our relatives and friends vacation there sometime. My daughters and I are determined to return next year, circumstances (my age) permitting. Hasta la Vista! We stayed at the hotel at the beginning of September and were initially given a room that unfortunately suffered significant water damage. The room was located under the infinity pool. The musty smell was apparently being masked with air fresheners, which made our stay very unpleasant. After three sleepless nights, we contacted reception, where they had already been informed about the problem and finally offered us a very nice room with a whirlpool on the 4th floor for the remaining three days. Even though we greatly appreciated the room change and the friendliness of the staff, I find it concerning that a hotel would knowingly assign such a damaged room. This can pose health risks, especially for people with respiratory illnesses. However, I would like to highlight the friendly staff and the hotel's good location. The buffet, however, was only average. Overall, our stay was mixed. Due to the initial circumstances, I can unfortunately only recommend the hotel with reservations.

A warm welcome, excellent, extremely friendly service in all areas, a relaxed, almost family-like atmosphere, excellent food, a good location, and well-maintained, clean rooms. The only thing I didn't like was the sink being outside the bathroom in the room.
