I had my reservations about this place because of the number of negative reviews, but I booked it anyway. It's super cheap, and if it was as bad as they said, I could have found something else. I was pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic, the girls who work there are very nice, and the rooms are modest. I didn't expect anything else since, as I said, I paid a ridiculously low price. They perfectly fulfilled what you need if you're going to be walking all day and need a good shower, a comfortable bed, and a clean place. They have heating, which I turned down at night to sleep, and they made sure to bring it up every day so the place was warm when I returned. They also have air conditioning, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a water heater. In my opinion, it was perfect! Thank you so much for everything, ladies. I'll definitely be back.

Scammers. They charge €30 for check-in after 6 PM, 60% of the price of one night! This cost is completely outrageous and is not displayed anywhere on the Booking.com website before booking. Right after making the reservation, I contacted them to ask for details, and upon realizing this blatant rip-off, I politely requested a change to the reservation or a cancellation since it was beyond my budget (the reservation had just been made). They offered no changes or solutions. I feel completely scammed. It's best to avoid these kinds of people.

We stayed in a fairly spacious three-bedroom apartment. The main advantage is its proximity to the Vatican, just a stone's throw away, although the walk there isn't very pleasant as the street is extremely busy. There are a few small supermarkets nearby. Three major drawbacks: - very loud noise from the street and other apartments due to poor overall insulation in the building - the apartment's very poor maintenance: one window wouldn't close, and two out of three shower doors were broken - the kitchen equipment was below the bare minimum: few dishes, no oven, microwave, or stove (but there was a TV in the kitchen, frankly useless!). The housing shortage in Rome doesn't excuse the lack of maintenance. I wouldn't recommend this property.
