Beautiful hotel with amazing facilities and very friendly staff 💛

October 7-11, 2025. Our party consisted of seven guests who chose your all-inclusive package arrived to the hotel. During our first lunch in the main dining hall on our arrival day, we encountered multiple hygiene issues. We discovered various insects throughout the restaurant area, including ants on walls adjacent to dining tables, flying insects in cheese platters, and the worst part is the worms in dishes , that we found out about by one of my family members having a moving worm in his mouth, spitting it alive back to his plate. All incidents were thoroughly documented with video footage, which was immediately provided to your management team upon discovery. This heightened awareness led us to notice additional issues that might otherwise have gone unnoticed, including the aforementioned ants and a deceased cockroach found on our room floor immediately after housekeeping service (this incident was also documented and reported to management). This could have resulted in serious health consequences had the food also been caring worms eggs that could have been ingested, potentially causing irreversible physical harm. Your management offered us a complimentary meal at one of the alternative restaurants in exchange for signing a waiver, which we found inadequate, to say the least, given the severity of the situation. My wife, the baby, and I were assigned a room on the second floor that’s far from the pool with no elevator, which made managing the baby stroller extremely frustrating. We asked to switch rooms but were told that it’s not possible. The outdoor pool was extremely cold the entire time and wasn’t heated at all. Additionally, the indoor pool and jacuzzi weren’t working because we were told the heating system was malfunctioning. The gym is small with old equipment. There’s no free access to the sauna—you’re required to book an appointment in advance for only two people at a specific time. The drinks at the bar are very basic and cheap even for an all-inclusive package. They charged extra for certain drinks, for example, passion fruit daiquiris. The hotel is far compared to other hotels from the tourist areas and entertainment venues, as well as from the mall. The hotel refuses to provide additional water bottles and requires guests to bring the bottles they received at check-in to the lobby or dining room to refill them. I would strongly recommend considering other hotels. (no option to upload videos, only photos)

A very nice hotel, suitable for families with children. We had a wonderful vacation there and still have fond memories of it. The rooms were very clean. The service was very friendly. The food was delicious, something different every day. The hotel has two swimming pools, an aqua park for children, and a spa. There are daily entertainment programs. The hotel has a gentle slope to the beach nestled among the rocks. We had plenty of beautiful views and great fun at this hotel, so we highly recommend it.
