Mariana Hotel

We stayed at this Hotel 11th to the 18th September 2025, Room 27, no Garden view which had been requested booked through love holidays. On our arrival we had to pay, 50 euro security 35 local tax and a rip off of 10 euros per day for Aircon, I feel this should be love holidays responsibility to liasie with hotels and enquire what is and isn't included allowing the purchaser to make an informed choice to book certain hotels. The fees is ridiculous, so before getting the key we had 155.00 euros to pay. The room was very basic, the shower cubical was literally standing room only. No Kettle, no Iron and hair drier. Our room was on the whole clean and we did get fresh towels and sheets when requested. There is a lady who does the breakfasts (Bless here they are half cooked i.e hot bread and cold beans masquerading as toast and beans) however this woman is a legend, she is on her own doing all the breakfast runs the outside kitchen the bar and cleans all these areas, she did not stop the 7 days we stayed at the hotel. The rest of the staff mainly the woman at reception is rude rude rude. The only nice person was the breakfast woman, she is the only reason I have give a 4 for the service. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Rooms always cleaned every day

Far away!!! There is no control, everyone does what they like! Noise in the rooms and not only that! There were many Roma who do not obey the rules of common silence and there is no control from the hotel! They wanted to charge extra for air conditioning, also for the internet that did not work. They also keep a tax of 50 euros because Mitsotakis imposes it, they say😂 Mattresses are miserable and dirty, balcony doors that do not seal well so that there is sound insulation and heat insulation. There were cobwebs under the beds 🕷️, the shower is dirty and the basin. Ceiling and bed lights are miserable! See photos! For what they charge, it is not even worth paying half! You do not feel safe and secure during your stay!
