Rooms looks dated. The water in the shower and tap is very difficult and troublesome to adjust to the correct temperature. Its either too hot or too cold. The gym is hopeless. No water provided in the gym for users to drink. All the hotel's gym that I've been to have at least a water point for gym users to hydrate. I had to go 7 floors down back to my room to drink before coming back up again. How troublesome

Well-maintained but showing its age. The toilet in the room was clogged; the overall impression was outdated. I felt like I was in a luxury hotel from the 70s 😄😄

"After a long and tiring overnight flight, I arrived at the hotel expecting a comfortable rest. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was marred by a malfunctioning key card, which required a trip back down to reception with my heavy luggage. Upon entering my room, I found it stuffy with the window open. Attempting to turn on the air conditioning proved futile, and I had to call maintenance. The technician informed me that the room only had a heater, and I'd need to keep the window open if I wanted cooler air – not exactly ideal. To add to the inconvenience, there was no kettle in the room, and no complimentary water bottles were provided. Given these issues, I hope future guests have a smoother experience."
