I wouldn't sing the hotel's praises; it was clean, yes, but very noisy due to the street, and the trainee at reception, which was the first impression, wasn't pleasant, to put it mildly. I wouldn't book it again.

The hotel is very sprawling and has a labyrinthine layout – at times it feels almost like being in a maze before you reach your destination. Finding your way around isn't always easy, especially if you're not familiar with the hotel. The advertised indoor pool is small, but generally quite pleasant. Unfortunately, its location is very inconvenient: it's right next to the reception and the dining room. This means that you practically always have to walk past arriving guests or people in the restaurant while wearing your bathrobe, which significantly compromises your privacy and is rather uncomfortable. However, the most disappointing aspect was the service at reception on the day of our departure. When we wanted to return our room keys, we were barely acknowledged. The keys were practically snatched from our hands without a single friendly word. No one asked about our stay or wished us a safe journey home. In our opinion, such behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Overall, we felt the hotel didn't offer good value for money. For the price, we expected significantly more service and attention. For this reason, we unfortunately cannot recommend this hotel.
