Small rooms, no storage space, hangers and other basic things. There was no hot water for 24 hours with the excuse that they were doing work in the building next door (they had said the same thing in the past as I read in previous reviews). Average cleanliness. Poor breakfast with stale sausages and inedible scrambled eggs. Satisfactory location.

Very nice hotel, perfect location just a 1-minute walk from the subway. The room was very large and clean, with a kitchenette for cooking. Breakfast didn't offer a huge selection, but it was okay. Maria at reception was very friendly, helpful, and tried her best to make us happy. Thank you, Maria!

The hotel is nice, honestly, but it has a problem: you have to do everything yourself. You carry all your luggage upstairs (today I carried four large suitcases by myself). I told the receptionist I needed someone to take my bags to the lobby while I paid the car that brought me from the airport, and he said, "My friend, carry them yourself; there's a trolley over there." I don't know if their system is to check in via iPad, or if there were no staff at the time; I honestly don't know. I even bought some things from the convenience store on my way back and asked for the Wi-Fi password. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come, but no one did. On the other hand, the room was very clean, and there's a pizza restaurant next door and a convenience store downstairs by the door. The hotel's location is actually quite convenient.
