The hotel is well-located and convenient for visiting Budapest and easily accessing the main tourist attractions. It's about a 10-minute walk from the Hungarian Parliament and just 3 minutes from a metro station, which is very convenient for getting around the city. The room was a decent size, and housekeeping was done daily, which was appreciated. Overall, the hotel fulfills its purpose, although it could use a little updating to be more pleasant. The staff was adequate but could be a bit more welcoming. We had a room on the first floor facing the street, which turned out to be quite noisy (garbage collection around 5:00 a.m.). Furthermore, the hallway is poorly soundproofed, allowing noise to pass through. Breakfast was a positive point: it was varied and offered a good selection.

Very good location to visit many locations in Budapest. Friendly staff. We where able to check in 3 hours early. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was included and was good enough. Bed is decent. Very good price/ Quality.

We had a pleasant stay, but upon arrival, they asked for a €100 deposit for the room, which is unusual for a hotel room (it's not a resort). We agreed because they assured us it would be refunded. It's been a month now, and they still haven't returned the €100 they charged and deducted from our bank account. We've been sending emails, but they haven't resolved the issue. I don't usually leave reviews, but please be careful before booking here.
