I can't believe I just paid $11 for iced caramel latte I understand expensive hotels But this is nothing but a scam and has actually ruined my stay here No marriott in the world would scam you this way I stay all the time!!

The worst experience ever after the so-called renovation. The reception was awful; they delayed us for over half an hour to get in, and the lobby was empty except for us. The manager's attitude was appalling; he made up lies about us and didn't even respond to us. It's a disaster if a manager like this represents an entity like the Marriott. If we had heard a simple, kind word from him, we wouldn't have written such a bad review. But he lacks the basics of welcoming guests, resolving problems, or even being considerate of a customer's feelings with a kind word. I urge the management to hold this person accountable. Thank you.
