If I could give it no stars I would. I recently got in from a cruise and flight didn’t leave until tonight so I book a room for just a few hours. No heat, however the front desk did have someone bring a space heater. The room was not swept or mopped. Hair from the previous guests was still all over the floor. Gnats everywhere and spiders and a roach on the floor in the bathroom. Definitely did not look like the room had been cleaned in awhile

This is the worse Marriott I’ve ever seen, parking is a mess, the elevators in the garage don’t work, half the elevators in the lobby don’t work, the ones that do are extremely slow and small, and are shared service elevators. It’s very dark and smells like a wet dog as soon as you get out of the lobby. It’s very out dated and dirty. My room door has been repaired multiple times by the looks of it and still doesn’t work right. Micro waves are on each floor and shared, but they don’t all work, a lady had to come up from the floor below to use the one at the end of our hallway. My room is missing furniture and one of the two queen beds is very broken down. I had to make two trips to the lobby to get someone to look at my door, they told me to call them from the elevator phone, it didn’t work! I expect more from Marriott and won’t be staying here again. :(. Morning update, killed a cockroach running across the floor, soap dispenser in the shower is empty and I get to see how dirty this place is with some light. I think Marriott should take a good look at this place and decide if they really want their sign on it? If I can say one positive thing, the breakfast buffet is the highlight of this place $22.00 plus 18% gratuity

Yeah won’t recommend this place at all. The staff isn’t super helpful and there needs to be a lot of updating to this hotel. Only 2 elevators out of the 4 were working. The rooms “look” refreshed but they need a lot of work. Much better places in town.
