Beware of Bugs in your bed! Checked in on January 10th for the NRF show. 100+ fellow employees were also staying at this property. The 1st room I was given was dirty and I was subsequently moved to room #1145. With in 10 minutes of getting in bed, I felt bites on my arms. Jack Willit the night manager promptly moved me to a new room. Over the next days I was rope a doped that they would make it right including offering me $350 or points to make this situation go away. Upon check out yesterday January 13th 2026. All of these offers where recinded even though I had a text from Jack with the cash or points offer. Upon landing back in Atlanta I received a call from Tom their head of security they would make me happy and it would be resolved to my satisfaction before the end of the week. Fast forward to today and I get a generic email from Kyla Uylett (claims dept). in Iowa they found no bed bugs / bugs in the room. Pictures from the room don’t lie! Dexter their excellent Bellman who moved me to a new room also saw and acknowledged the bugs in the bed. As a 27 year Bonvoy lifetime platinum with 875+ nights as a business traveler. I am beyond shocked with the lack of addressing my concerns. Looks like my only remedy going forward is making this a legal issue.YouTube video with bugs forthcoming. Future guests beware!

We had a good experience! We didn’t enjoy being approached in the lobby with a sales pitch for a deal to return as we prepared to checkout. They weren’t aggressive or off-putting, it’s just not something we felt comfortable with and cheapened the experience. Housekeeping staff were extremely kind to all of us. Overall, we would recommend staying here to friends!

Had a terrible stay here back in December with my family. (Titanium Elite Member). The hotel staff (Manager) promised to call us to rectify the situation. They never did. We called and left countless messages. We had two rooms, both were filthy. Totally unacceptable. We paid over $1800 per night per room for filth. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
