We travel all the time and honestly this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. All the elevators had expired inspections when we arrived, and one evening none of them were working at all. My Dad came with us, who had two knee surgeries, so 8 flights of stairs were not an option. We are here for a cheer comp, and we allowed 30 extra minutes for the one working elevator this morning - and were still late to meet due to the elevator. There is not enough parking, so if traveling with a car, another reason not to stay here. Management does not care at all. Shermaine just said to park somewhere else or wait until later (?!?!). On top of that, half the outlets in our room don’t work, the fridge doesn’t stay cold, and we called to have the keurig machine replaced and they brought us a second broken one (which it is likely an outlet issue vs broken machine) but they didn’t even check when they came and installed the new one. When I brought all that up with Shermaine she just smirked. Extremely dismissive of all the issues. None of which were fixed and she just kept saying was “I thought you were here to talk about the parking” when I brought up other issues.

Pro - Jose! He works in the restaurant, Route22. He is just the best. Whether you need a recommendation from the menu or just simply a bottled water to take to your room (he saw the front desk was busy, so ran over to help get us waters) he is there for you. I can’t say enough. Friendly and great service. Thank you Jose!!

The Bad= 1.smoke alarm low battery, rang all night we called no one came to fix it. 2. Specs of blood on one of the pillows. We called, they promised us a new pillow, no one came. 3. Having to reconnect to wifi every time. And tvs Dont save log in info. 4. Checking in, no information of hotel was given except a piece of paper with a couple facts. The good= Check in is really fast. Looooots of parking. Spacious and easy to navigate lobby The rooms are nice and honestly its a decent hotel to stay at just very meh service. Dont wait for a good customer service. Hopefully you have a better visit than us
