I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent group of individuals. After completing a third party credit card authorization for my family to book using my card as instructed by the reservation line and being assured repeatedly that I would not need to be present upon the guest's check in, the front desk canceled the reservation at check in stating with the cardholder not present they were unable to charge the room. They offered no resolution for my family members that were there. The international customer service line was just as useless stating all billing is handled by the individual hotel and they were unable to reinstate any reservation.

All the staff are very attentive. The hotel is a bit dated but it's fine. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress, which felt quite old and saggy, and the old curtains didn't close completely.
