Upon arrival, staff immediately assist with luggage. Some staff speak Chinese. Free parking is available; staff will provide a parking QR code. Breakfast service is excellent; served in small, private booths with a simple Japanese-style breakfast. Mount Fuji is visible from the window upon waking. For an even more luxurious experience, you can go to the rooftop for panoramic views.

It's right next to Gotemba IC. It's like a business hotel. The food is okay. It costs about 50,000 yen per person on the day before a holiday.

The carp are so cute and amiable, the food is delicious, and I've stayed at this hotel many times when I visit Gotemba because I love Mars. However, the spa is only open until 6 PM, which is disappointing. It's a shame, because the spa is excellent and I loved it. I'm here to relax after a long day at work, so it's a shame that the spa closes so early. The most disappointing thing was that when I checked in, they asked about breakfast hours and meals for the kids. They explained that Japanese breakfast was available, but didn't mention that Western food was also available. I assumed Japanese food was the only option until the third day, so I called the day before checkout to inquire. They told me that Western food was available, but only until 8 PM due to ingredient issues. If they had explained this to me at checkout, I could have changed my plan to a Japanese breakfast for the three days. 😭 By the third day, I was bored of Japanese food, which was disappointing. I truly wish they'd explained this to me. Also, because the spa's hours were shortened, I called for a massage in my room, but they only accepted cash. They should have explained that at the beginning. I managed to scrape together some cash, but I felt they were inconsiderate. I wish they would explain this to me first, especially since we live in an age where we don't carry cash. Also, when I was making the bed, my son's favorite slippers were missing, and he started making a fuss about them being missing. When I looked for them, I found them hiding under the bed. It was difficult to get them out using a stick. I was very disappointed with the lack of service this time. I've been here many times, but this will be my last time, and I don't feel like coming back. Thank you very much.
