Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. In an attempt to increase the number of possible bookings, they gave me a room (with my wife and 3-year-old daughter) in a building next door that was undergoing renovations. Dust everywhere, the room was dirty and dilapidated, the bathroom had no window and smelled unspeakably of smoke; we practically slept on a construction site. Awakened Sunday morning at 8:00 a.m. by the screams of workers, drills, and constant hammering, we even had the icing on the cake: we went downstairs for breakfast in the main building (having to walk out and return to another building in temperatures of 3°C with our daughter in our arms), but no one answered the intercom for over 45 minutes. We called the owner (the number Booking.com provided us), who, when I complained, replied that it was her private number and hung up the phone, which has been inactive ever since. If we had stayed in the main building, we probably wouldn't have had this terrible experience (when we finally managed to get into the main building, we noticed a good breakfast and a seemingly decent hotel), but if you're not yet ready to welcome guests, it's not fair to offer unpresentable rooms just to increase your margins. Greedy. Tips for use: if you book in the coming months, be sure to check which rooms you're booking.

Terrible experience. I booked a room I had requested several times, and was given another one with a bathroom far away, without my knowledge. The attic room was almost uninhabitable. I hit my head several times at night, feeling severe pain. I would like to point out that regulations for rooms used for residential or hospitality purposes require minimum heights. In that room, the bed was 1.50 meters high. Short sheets exposed the mattress, and the mattress was short. I would never recommend staying here again.
