Hello, I arrived yesterday, exhausted from the drive, traffic jams, black ice… thanks to Noémie at reception, my stay was wonderful!! I'll never forget it. I'm leaving very satisfied. The only slight drawback is the lack of a water fountain at the spa, and while it opens at 9:00, if it were possible to turn on the lights earlier so the water would be ready and at the right temperature, that would be fantastic! 👍🏽 That would be perfect. In which case, bring your own water bottles. As for the view of the lake, it's magnificent, and with the snow, it was even more so 🤍 Thank you for everything, Noémie.

Several free parking lots are available, including one right in front of the hotel, and the valet service is always on hand to help you unload your luggage into your room 👌, with a kindness and spontaneity that make all the difference. We sometimes come for one or two weeks to fully enjoy the hotel and its peaceful surroundings. I personally take advantage of this time to work remotely in absolute peace and quiet, while my wife enjoys the hotel's facilities and amenities. This arrangement perfectly suits our work-life balance, allowing us to fully recharge in this magnificent setting. The staff is simply outstanding. Always attentive, available, and ready to go the extra mile to make you feel like a true guest, he creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are immaculate, the cleaning is regular, and every detail is carefully considered to ensure a perfect stay. We were fortunate enough to spend New Year's Eve and New Year's Day at Château du Lac, enjoying an exquisite dinner 😋, prepared with finesse and served with professionalism 👍, in a relaxed and convivial atmosphere. This moment was simply unforgettable and perfectly reflects the quality of the welcome and attention given to guests 😀.
