I absolutely do not recommend this hotel ;-( 5 stars for this hotel is a joke. Sure, there's greenery on the hotel grounds, but nothing more. The rooms are old, especially the bathrooms - the sink is disgusting and sticks to the countertop, and there's mold. The rooms haven't been cleaned despite tips. The food is cold and very repetitive. The location is terrible - after leaving the hotel, there's absolutely NOTHING. The final nail in the coffin was food poisoning - the entire night and day were completely wiped out. It happened not only to me, but to many other people staying there. The hotel's reaction - none, a complete disgrace. Oh... I'll also mention that this is the first all-you-can-eat holiday where they ran out of alcohol around 10 PM - there was no vodka, whiskey... and the alcohol was fake in general ;-) I'll also mention the lady responsible for customer relations - the blonde sitting in the lobby... the worst employee ever... seriously, a MUMMY, so arrogant. It's hard to find an unfriendly person. The worst vacation ever, a waste of time and money ;-(

We vacationed there in August. I'm writing this for those who are planning to visit after reading the reviews. Initially, we were very apprehensive. You're truly surprised when you read reviews that say "there was no food" or "we were hungry." By the way, I'm writing this review after having stayed in very good hotels before. The hotel is definitely a value-for-money hotel. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The food is of a satisfactory standard. No one will go hungry, especially I loved the juicy, home-cooked meals. The drinks are mediocre, not canned, so they're not acidic or too sweet, but they save the day. If you're drinking alcohol, don't expect much from that part of the experience, unfortunately. The sea is very choppy, and the waves can knock people over, but we had a lot of fun, just not a comfortable swim. The beach is very large, pleasant, and has lots of pebbles. Swim shoes are a must. The pool isn't very large. The dirty pool commentary is related to the pebbles in the sea, so swimsuits get filled with stones, even if you shower frequently. The poolside toilets were constantly cleaned. The staff were very attentive. The evening entertainment was satisfactory, and the kids loved it. After the evening entertainment, there was supposed to be a DJ performance in the seaside area, but unfortunately, they didn't, because they've made that atmosphere with music. It's as if they're telling everyone not to come in and just go to their rooms. The rooms were cleaned daily. So, overall, considering the price you pay, you'll be happy with your stay. But if you compare it to a 250,000-dollar hotel you've been to before, you'll be disappointed. :)

The hotel made a positive first impression, especially the greenery surrounding it, the lobby, and the underpass to the beach. At first glance, the room looked nice and spacious for two people, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a terrible sewage stench in the bathroom. So why such a low rating? My husband and I both got food poisoning, mine so badly that I had to be hospitalized on an IV drip. When friends reported the situation to the front desk, there was no response. We weren't the only cases of food poisoning at this hotel. We can't consider our vacation a success :(
