They canceled my reservation because someone wanted to stay a few more days in the room I already booked, they called me to let me know that they would find an alternative and they didn't find one, the reception staff can't do anything and the manager is poorly trained, I tried to get in touch with her and I couldn't, I understood from the staff that no one knows exactly when she gets to work (mostly after parties) and this is not professional at all. They preferred not to contact me and not solve my problem 🙃 P.S: Don't trust their promises in case a problem arises
