We visited the hotel for a short period of time unfortunately. The location of the hotel is excellent!!!!! A short walk from central places and attractions that interested us (there is go-karting nearby, an excellent shooting range, excellent restaurants, the Great Synagogue, the Opera, the Ferris Wheel, the Museum of Terror and everything else is within a short walk). The rooms are clean and functional. We didn't lack anything. We stayed with 3 people in a family room but there were 2 more beds in the room so the place is also suitable for larger families. Those who are used to a small refrigerator in the room will not find one, but there is a shared and equipped kitchen on the first floor so it was not missing. Those who have to work during their vacation can do so comfortably in the kitchen or in the lobby. There are laundry services and an excellent restaurant right at the entrance. And above all there is a lovely team of employees who helped us and were there for us with every request and did a lot for us to make us feel better and for that a heartfelt thank you to Alejandro and the team. Highly recommend. We will definitely visit there again.

A truly positive stay; the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially for its excellent value and strategic location, perfect for getting around easily. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise: plentiful, varied, and with a wide selection of both sweet and savory options, including healthy options that were much appreciated. The room was spacious, basic yet functional, with plenty of natural light that made it even more welcoming. The well-soundproofed windows ensured tranquility, and the heating was adequate and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Free luggage storage and shared kitchen facilities were available. The only small points that could be improved: the double bed was two beds pushed together with rather small single blankets; the bath towel was small, and the hand towels were not changed daily. Overall, a very good experience that I would recommend, especially considering the price and location.

Very friendly staff, young people from various countries. You can communicate in English, Slovak, Ukrainian, Polish, and probably some other languages. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The only drawback is the coffee machine, which requires exceptional patience when making drinks. It would be nice if it were replaced or repaired. There's a bar inside, which is great. It's worth booking parking, as you'll have to look for public parking, which is quite a bit farther from the hotel.
