BAD SERVICE..!!! Just checked out from MAXONE UBUD after staying for 3 nights we booked 2 rooms with extra bed, when checking out all the items and suitcases were already in the car when the officer came and informed us that the mug in our room 010 was missing 1 piece, we asked to be reconfirmed because we never use tea and coffee, we always buy it outside the hotel, the hotel insisted that it was missing and had to be replaced by 500,000…. wow, a cheap mug of 500,000 😂😂, finally I gave them access to unpack all our things and NOTHING WAS FOUND IN OUR SUITCASES AND LUGGAGE, the hotel employee disappeared when the items were not found and came back with new information that we were still asked to replace 50,000….!!??? This is not about money for us, this is the integrity and management of the MAXONE hotel must improve from this modus “like this, we have other agendas in Bali so there is not much time to serve this debate. whatever we say as consumers is also not heard as if there are no CONSUMER RIGHTS. in the future please It is wiser if you are afraid that there will be lost items when checking in, the guest will be explained all the properties in the room and equipped with photos or videos to make it clearer. This is not our first time staying at MAXONE UBUD, this time we are very disappointed and will never return to MAXONE UBUD or recommend it!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

Maxone Ubud is strategically located. Finding alternative dining options is easy; you only need to step outside the hotel and you'll find plenty of options. Walking around the hotel is also great for finding food, drinks, or just light exercise while taking in the Ubud atmosphere. My favorite part is definitely the rooftop. It has a swimming pool and restaurant, all in one package. The best nights are here, relaxing, enjoying the breeze, and taking in the views from the 4th floor or rooftop area. It feels peaceful, perfect for unwinding. There's only one minor drawback. When I stayed, the AC was a bit stubborn. It was really difficult to regulate the temperature, as if the sensor was tired. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future to make your stay even more comfortable.
