Undoubtedly one of the top 3 hotels in Belek. However, we can say that this year's New Year's Eve program was disappointing. When we made our reservation three months before New Year's Eve, all the high-class hotels in Belek, including Maxx, charged separate and quite high prices per person for their New Year's Eve gala. We booked 14 rooms at Maxx, assuming that if they were asking for that much money, a well-known artist would surely perform. Maxx announced its New Year's Eve program later than other hotels, and since most Turkish guests were already coming for the New Year's Eve celebration, they opted for other hotels with already announced programs. At Maxx, we learned that a band we'd never heard of would be performing on New Year's Eve. We thought, let's not be prejudiced; we'd previously enjoyed İskender Paydaş's orchestra at Mardan on New Year's Eve, maybe we'll have a similar experience. I checked into the hotel on December 31st, but upon arrival, I noticed a large number of Russian guests. Their presence certainly didn't bother us, but having stayed at the hotel long enough to understand that two communities with very different cultures and entertainment styles couldn't possibly enjoy themselves at the same time on a special occasion like New Year's Eve, I was worried about both New Year's Eve and the remaining three nights. The gala night's entrance cocktail was very elegant and a very nice start. However, for a hotel where Blue Label is free, we would have expected Moet as prosecco, even if only for that evening. (They had it, but it was chargeable.) Once inside and the gala program began, I realized my worries were justified. Due to a terrible sound system, the sound didn't reach our table; only the third or fourth echo reached us. I can't question the talent of the musicians; they seemed quite good, but because of the large foreign population, they tried to play Turkish, Russian, and English songs, but naturally, this didn't please anyone. Unfortunately, no matter how hard you try, you can only enjoy yourself with songs that appeal most to your own culture. While the food service was superb, the gala dinner at this hotel was a complete failure. The appetizers were acceptable, but unfortunately, we couldn't eat the lamb, a type of meat that requires a high-quality cooking, due to its toughness. Sadly, we couldn't wait until dessert and left. The Turkmen waiter (I can't remember his name, may he forgive me) was very quick and attentive. The outdoor event was very well-organized. The service, refreshments, and bar were more than adequate. Thanks to the bonfires and heaters, we were able to ring in the New Year without feeling cold at all. The DJ played very well, congratulations to him. The same situation occurred at the live music events on subsequent nights. A beloved artist like Güliz Ayla had to say she had prepared foreign songs beforehand :) We also observed that the other musicians struggled to keep the crowd entertained. Maxx Assistant is an application we are always very happy with; I would like to thank Samira and Nazlı for their attention and speed. They took care of every detail perfectly, from the newspaper delivery to filling the jacuzzi in the room for the children. I don't have much to say about the restaurant; it was flawless as always. Similarly, 24 and Saffrane were also very successful. There were some service disruptions; some orders arrived quite late. I think there were too many extra staff. We witnessed some of them arguing amongst themselves in certain operations. However, overall, the staff were well-meaning and friendly. The Adventure Park was open; the children loved it and went almost every day. The Mini Club could be improved in terms of activities; it has too many machines and park-like attractions. For example, Cullinan is very successful in this regard. The Game Center was also great as always; the children had a wonderful time. On the morning of our departure (January 4, 2026), we woke up to noisy renovations on the pool side :) I didn't make a big deal out of it, but I would have if I hadn't been leaving the hotel that day. In short, would I come back to Maxx? Absolutely. Would I come back to Maxx for New Year's? Never.

A very warm welcome awaits you, and you're immediately looked after by a personal assistant throughout your stay, who regularly checks in to ensure your satisfaction. She also went above and beyond to arrange medication for our child in case of an emergency. Highly commendable. The resort is fantastic; you immediately feel at home. The walk to the beach with its Maldives-style pool and palm trees is simply stunning. Despite it being winter, we had plenty of options to enjoy the outdoor restaurants, all of which were open. Our room was a great size and very thoroughly cleaned, with a selection of room fragrances. The chocolate shop was divine, offering delicious treats every day. The indoor pool was enormous, and the sauna area was fantastic. The exercise equipment is also top-notch. For entertainment, the game center is free, offering bowling and various other games, which is especially convenient in winter and keeps the children occupied. The kids' club has excellent supervision and a great range of activities. The golf course is very well-maintained, and there are also lovely walking areas.
