A small boutique hotel located in Ubud, a bit hard to find it as the road to the hotel is small (Most road here is small), but there are a few sign that direct to the hotel. Surrounded by greenery, has small river on the side. The room interior is mainly wood, except the bed and sofa. Even the toilet countertop is made of wood which is not ideal as water splash from the basin. Room is spacious, not carpet floor. They should provide better toileteries as the current one is not user friendly. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner are put in small ceramic bottles. I worried that my kid would accidently drop it when showering. The rain shower head is amazing, but it would be nicer if there is also regular shower head as my toddler is terrified of rain shower. For breakfast, they offer ala carte menu (western, indian, indonesian food, and some vegetarian options). They offer shuttle to supermarket, but need to book a day in advance which i find it ridiculous, it should be offered hourly. Private hailing can come to this place. We called gojek to go nearby restaurant and attractions. There is a nearby laundry service that offers express, 1 day, and 3 days service. Price is reasonable, it goes by weight. The staffs are polite and corteous. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

An intimate hotel overlooking a small river and a jungle area where we spotted a harmless monitor lizard, of course. The only slight drawback was the breakfast, which could easily be improved by offering real jam and butter. Special thanks to Yuni and Ketut at reception, who are also fantastic and dedicated guides, very keen to share their country and its traditions. The lovely swimming pool offers a relaxing space with views of the tropical landscape.

A beautiful hotel, a little out of the way in Ubud. But that's part of its charm. The staff is amazing. Wonderful discoveries! I highly recommend it.
