The rooms in building 3 are extremely noisy. The rooms are immediately next to a bar which plays drumming music until midnight every night and rearrange furniture until 2am. The hotel is aware of the issue and continues to knowingly sell these unusable rooms - there is no warning or disclaimer on purchase. There is no effort to soundproof the rooms and no agreement with the bar to manage noise. It is impossible to sleep in these rooms. This is an unethical business practice.
