We traveled in March and while it was hot outside, the air conditioner did not have the cooling option! There were no screens on the windows so the mosquitoes had a party! There were no bathrobes or room slippers, not allowed for a 5-star hotel!

Just yesterday we arrived at the hotel and while the receptionist informed us that we had been upgraded to a room, we entered the room and saw the balconies of the rooms across the street. We asked what kind of upgrade they gave us, and finally they told us "we had no empty room to upgrade". The room, for the hotel's amenities, is small, if there are 2 suitcases, the wardrobe or balcony door will not open. Also, very few desk spaces. If you want to work in an office, it is impossible as the "office" has the coffee maker, the EMPTY fridge underneath (no bottled water) and the stool to sit on, is used as a bedside table with the phone on top. Also, the balcony door is broken and does not close properly. We will not choose it again.
