Friendly staff. Some waiters were very serious, focused solely on their work and not very attentive to customers. The food was acceptable, as is typical in these hotels: lots of pasta, salads, and average stews. The grilled fish and meat were mediocre. The breakfast was much better and more varied. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with views and good air conditioning. It's worth it.

We stayed at this hotel with our whole family for six days and we highly recommend it. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had a beautiful sea view. Towels were changed every day. The housekeeping staff were very kind and friendly. The restaurant with the all-inclusive option was very good – the food was tasty and varied. The only small downside was that there could have been more fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, fresh peppers, and similar items. Nevertheless, the food was overall delicious. Another small minus is the coffee machine – it could definitely be replaced. The coffee did not taste good and lacked the flavor of real coffee. The bar with drinks and the evening entertainment were also great. We were very satisfied. The all-inclusive drinks were not watered down – the staff served proper, pure alcohol. When it comes to cleanliness, hotel maintenance, and the overall impression, everything was absolutely positive. We honestly do not understand why the rating is so low – this hotel truly deserves five stars. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children, as there are many attractions for kids. The staff were extremely friendly everywhere – at the reception, in the restaurant, and the housekeeping team. We stayed with two families and every one of us would say the same.

A fantastic stay at the hotel, made even better by the bar staff, especially Vero and Lola, who are amazing. The restaurant food was top-notch, and the evening shows and games were especially great. The staff are fantastic, thank you Ray and Pablo! My daughter will always cherish your memories.
