The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel is well located, a 10-minute walk from the Old Market. The rooms are quite spacious and have a balcony. I was very disappointed with this hotel. From the photos, it seemed like a high-quality establishment, at least in terms of cleanliness, but in my case, it was quite the opposite. Upon arrival, I found a cockroach inside my bathrobe, which was a terrible first impression. Furthermore, one of the pillows had clearly been used: it was wrinkled, smelly, and the pillowcase was dirty. The bathrobes were also not clean, with stains around the neckline — possibly from makeup —and a very unpleasant odor. As for the facilities, the sink faucet is so poorly located that it's almost impossible to wash your hands comfortably. Furthermore, the fact that the shower and toilet share the same space is impractical: after showering, everything is wet, and using the bathroom afterward means stepping on the wet floor, which is not comfortable at all. Breakfast was also very disappointing: very little variety, not enough quantity. In short, the experience didn't live up to expectations, and I wouldn't repeat it or recommend it.

No complaints. If there was any noise, it was from other rude guests. The breakfast isn't amazing, but it's quite satisfying. The rooms were comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The pool is clean and almost never crowded. There's a good laundromat next door, and it's a ten-minute walk to the town center. The staff is friendly.
