Stayed at Meliá Jardines del Teide from 15–23 November, booking The Level as a Gold Meliá member. While the views are beautiful and most staff were friendly, the experience was very disappointing overall. We were given a room on the far side of the hotel, meaning over 100 steps daily to reach The Level pool, buffet, and evening entertainment. The room was very run down – damaged ceiling, dirty floor and shower floor, dirty sofa, and towels with holes. This was nowhere near 5-star standard. The Level “healthy” breakfast was barely edible, with rude and unhappy staff. Buffet food was often cold, clearly reheated leftovers. Evening entertainment was poor apart from the rock band. À la carte restaurants are good but not included in The Level, unlike other Meliá hotels. Overall, this hotel does not live up to the Meliá brand or The Level concept. Would not stay again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect experience in the Meliá Jardines del Teide. Calm, comfort, luxury and an organized organization, especially with an exceptional team: professional, chaleureuse and full attention. Special needs for the animation team, including barmans/barmaids and net crews for traveling remarkable. The hotel is ideally suited to its needs: not only small, but also with great attention and beauty surprises. A great thank you to Sylvia for the gentleness and professionalism of Noël's care and for the restaurant staff for an impeccable service. A lifetime of memories and recommendations without hesitation!
