I am writing to formally express my complete dissatisfaction and disappointment following my recent stay at your hotel, which fell far short—if not entirely—of what one would expect from a hotel that presents itself as five-star. I travel frequently and usually stay in luxury hotels, so I can say with absolute certainty that this has been, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The treatment I received, the facilities, and the overall service were more akin to a one-star hotel than a superior establishment. From the moment we arrived, the experience was negative: we received no assistance whatsoever with our luggage, something basic and standard in hotels of this supposed category. The receptionist was unfriendly, inattentive, and had an unfriendly attitude, with no intention of making guests feel welcome. The hotel facilities appear old, neglected, and anything but luxurious. The room lacked even the most basic necessities: there was no toothbrush or toothpaste, so my boyfriend had to go downstairs himself to ask for them. This kind of omission is unacceptable in a luxury hotel. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired and did not meet the minimum expected standards. Regarding the service, we requested in advance the possibility of extending our check-out time, and we were told that we would receive confirmation on the day of check-out. This response was already unprofessional and unusual for a high-end hotel. Finally, on the day of departure, we received a call demanding that we vacate the room immediately, and when we asked again about the extension, the answer was a flat NO, without any consideration whatsoever. This is something that has never happened to me in any five-star hotel. The only redeeming feature of the entire stay was the dinner, which was very good, and for that I sincerely congratulate the chef. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the whole experience. In short, my stay was awful, frustrating, and utterly disappointing. The hotel doesn't live up to its promises or meet the quality, service, and attention standards expected of a hotel in this category. I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend it under any circumstances. I hope this complaint is taken into account and that you seriously review your processes, facilities, and, above all, the attitude and training of your staff.

It's a Beautiful hotel. Located at perfect location. Every place is near by at walking distance. I hardly used any uber or taxi. Food is good. They have indoor clean pool as well. And the lounge area is perfect to come and relax after one's day of roaming in the city. Staff is always greeting you with so much warmth. Cheers to the amazing holiday time to Everyone 🎉.
