Honestly could not ask for better. We have just returned from a 3 night stay. When we checked in we upgraded to a room with “The Level” package. Such a good idea! The room was lovely and clean and well laid out. The bathroom idea did concern me but the toilet is separate so it’s absolutely fine and actually a really good idea! The staff were all really lovely, the girl who checked us in, Esmerelda, was beyond helpful and really got the holiday off to a good start! The Level really is worth it, having access to snacks is a very good idea and the ambience is very calming! Would highly recommend, will definitely be coming back! ¡Gracias!

In my opinion, the location is excellent. The town center is about a 30-minute walk away. The beach is directly across the street. Breakfast was good. The gym is great! The rooms are a good size, but are starting to show their age and could use some renovation.

I stayed for three days for work. The service and attention were excellent. The room was spectacular, very comfortable and spacious, with many amenities. There's a fully equipped gym and a spa that I didn't use, but it looked fantastic. It's well located, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the Santa Catalina neighborhood is a 10-minute walk away. It will definitely become my favorite for future visits.
