Spectacular hotel, great rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, and the elevator is incredibly fast despite having 30 floors. The only reason I didn't give the service 5 stars is because they don't replenish the complimentary water, which I think would be a nice touch considering the price and the hotel's quality.

Not suitable for British people. We spoke in the spa and got told off, yet Spanish people were splashing and laughing in the jacuzzi!one of the bar staff followed us outside accusing us of not paying for our drink. Because we paid cash to another member of bar staff. Disgusting of them to accuse us of not paying. should keep a better record instead of accused me of lying. We paid for all of our drinks.
