My wife and I spent 10 days at the Meliá Vinpearl Hue, and the service was absolutely exceptional. A huge shoutout to the front desk, room service, and especially the bellmen. The staff goes above and beyond in ways you rarely see anymore. The bellmen helped us with our heavy luggage, opened the taxi doors upon arrival, and even rushed out with umbrellas to shield us from the rain when getting into the car. We were warmly greeted every single time we entered or exited the hotel. The location is perfect right in the city center and convenient for exploring all of Hue. Our room had a stunning view, and while there is some light noise from the road and neighbors due to the central location, it wasn't a big deal at all compared to the overall experience. You couldn't get this level of luxury and personalized service in the US even if you paid quadruple the price. I cannot recommend this hotel enough if you are visiting Hue!

Friendly, helpful staff, lovely breakfast buffet, good hotel location, clean and nice room. Excellent laundry service and wonderful massage from Lyna and Thuy. Highly recommended!

It's a great hotel. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Also the buffet breakfast is incredible. Unfortunately the beds were a bit hard and the location is right on the busiest intersection in Hue, which is fine but makes walking to and from the hotel a little tricky if you have kids.
