I had a very disappointing experience during my stay here. The AC in my room wasn’t functioning, and although a technician was sent, I was later informed that the repair would take 4–5 hours, this was around 5 AM, after my sleep had already been disrupted. When I requested another room, I was told that none were available. I then asked for a refund, but was informed that the hotel had a no-refund policy. Only after I mentioned that I would escalate the matter to the relevant authorities like the DTCM, did a room suddenly become available. I’m sharing this review so future guests are aware of the level of service I experienced. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards.

You couldn’t provide worse hotel service than this. Arriving at 10:30pm for check-in, the front desk informed me that I could not check in without providing a physical copy of my passport, despite the fact that we had informed them that I no longer had it due to loss. They encouraged us to look for another hotel room in the area at 11:00 pm After having to make an argument that would seem obvious even to a monkey; but apparently not to them, they finally agreed to accept the ID. Forced to stay in this hotel despite the obvious lack of consideration from these second-rate hoteliers, they then compelled us to accept a smoking room, even though we had also clearly requested a non-smoking room. That service employees are bound by certain rules is one thing, but the staff of this hotel surely deserve the award for the least helpful service imaginable, to the point that the woman at the front desk even seemed annoyed at having lost the battle and being forced to let us sleep in the hotel. Aspiring hoteliers have nothing to worry about… there is clearly room for them among these amateurs of hospitality and professionals of negligence. Rest assured, all it takes is a minimum of common sense to eliminate your first competitors.
