The location was perfect, the staff was clean, and the receptionists were attentive at all times. However, there were three flights of narrow stairs and no elevator, which was difficult when you're coming back from a 9-hour excursion. But everything else makes up for it.

The location is excellent! It's very close to all the sights in Porto and half a block from the market, which is a great place to have lunch. The apartments are in one direction, and further down the block they give you the key. The person who welcomed me was very attentive, gave me a map, and explained how to get to different places. The apartment is beautiful, but it's very noisy because it's on the first floor, and on the ground floor there's a restaurant with a nightclub, where the music is loud and all the kids are shouting in the square across the street. It's still better that it was on the first floor because there's no elevator! The day I checked out, I left my suitcase at reception and told them I'd pick it up at 6:00 PM. I arrived and no one was there, I rang the bell a lot, and nothing. Luckily, a woman came in, and I let her in. My suitcase was there, at risk of being stolen by anyone who came in like me. They contacted me later via text and told me they left at 5:55 PM and that they'd been calling me. It's a shame and a pity considering how wonderful the experience in Porto had been. They made it clear to me that there were security cameras at the reception desk. 🙄

The accommodation is exceptional. The rooms are wonderful on the first floor, two rooms and two bathrooms. Large living room, everything very neat and clean. The location is fantastic and everything is accessible on foot. Shops and restaurants within easy reach. beautiful market. Although the apartment was on the third floor, we had no problem with the climb, nor with the noise from the street. Jessica was very helpful. We were greeted with cold water and a small bottle of fantastic wine.
