A very disappointing stay at this hotel where we had booked three rooms as a family. The most shocking aspect was the breakfast: the orange juice was clearly fermented (fizzy taste and an unusual smell). We reported it to the staff, who immediately removed it. Regarding the spa, we had requested the hammam be turned on around 4 pm, while another guest had requested it even earlier, around 3 pm. After waiting for over an hour, it was still unusable, and the temperature hadn't even risen slightly. We returned later that evening, and the situation was identical. The pool is supposed to be heated to 29°C, yet we noticed a significant temperature difference between the afternoon and evening: around 7 pm, the water was noticeably colder, to the point where it became difficult to stay in. We also found a towel with foundation stains in a room that was supposed to be clean. Finally, several previously available amenities have disappeared: no more fruit-infused water by the pool, no more bathrobes or slippers in the standard rooms, even though the price remains high. The €19 breakfast clearly falls short of the expected standard. The only positive point is the very friendly staff. A big thank you to Cédric and Rose for their warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. Given the hotel's location and the price we paid, we are very disappointed. After reading other reviews, we unfortunately see that we are not the only ones to have encountered these kinds of problems. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Excellent 4-star hotel, 5 minutes from the airport and less than an hour from Colmar. Spacious, modern rooms. Good breakfast with some unexpected touches of quality. The pool is a welcome bonus. However, the poor internet connection is unacceptable (I hope it's a temporary issue).
