The room was perfectly clean and tidy when we checked in. A special thank you to Angelika from housekeeping for preparing it so nicely. It made a great first impression and a very comfortable start to our stay. The lounge/bar and restaurant serve excellent food and drinks. I enjoyed a mulled wine which was delicious and nicely presented. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also really appreciated being allowed to check in early. Overall, a lovely experience!
