I spontaneously looked for accommodation nearby. The hotel offered the best value for money and the staff was very attentive. Since we arrived very late on a weekday, we had some food delivered to the hotel. While we waited, we used the voucher for a few drinks at the bar and got a head start on our relaxing evening. The rooms are very spacious, which is a big plus. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. There was a wide selection of muesli, bread, and egg dishes. There was also a good selection for vegetarians and vegans. The focus on sustainability and the avoidance of plastic is also noteworthy. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try the spa area, but I'll definitely do that on my next visit. Overall positive.

Great location for the trade fair, but very poor service. They were understaffed at checkout and had technical problems printing the invoice, so I offered to send it as a PDF. After a week and countless emails and phone calls, no one has addressed the issue or taken responsibility.
