The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom also appeared clean at first glance, but could definitely use some modernization, especially regarding the plumbing. Getting into the bathtub/shower is quite high and rather unsuitable for elderly people or those with limited mobility. The bed was very hard. The reception area has a modern design, and the staff at reception were mostly friendly. Unfortunately, the elevators were out of order during our stay, which was very inconvenient. The carpet in the hallway was stained and looked neglected. Overall, the hotel clearly needs renovation. Furthermore, the restaurant and bar were closed, which was disappointing. The breakfast buffet was of very good quality and offered a wide variety of options, but the price of €17 per person per day is quite high. The swimming pool and sauna are definite highlights, perfect for relaxing in the evening. However, the sauna area could be cleaner. On the downside, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. We also felt the parking fee of €12 per day was very expensive. The hotel is also notable for the fact that the Wi-Fi didn't work at all. The hotel's location is a plus, especially for trade fair visitors. It's easy to find from the motorway. Note: Good restaurants are within walking distance, about 20 minutes away.

The entire stay was a disaster, as there were no elevators. The building is in need of renovation. The location was good, but the sinks were clogged.
