We had the misfortune of staying at this property during our recent travels in South America, and was a standout for the wrong reasons. The property is looking tired and dated, but you can overlook that if the other elements of the stay work: but they don't. We made the mistake of deciding to sit in the bar area (in the foyer) and order some snacks for dinner: the barman who took the drinks order scolded us like children when we asked to place an order for food ... so I asked to speak with the manager about the experience and was ignored (I followed up three times). I wouldn't stay here again: food was ordinary (it was the worst of the food we had in all of our time in Argentina, where the food was generally excellent), the internet was patchy (dropping out from time to time, and slow during early evening) and the included breakfast (which you really can't go elsewhere for) was a solid 2/10. We spoke with other guests during our time there who had similar observations as ours. Not recommended.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the service is efficient. The restaurant is high quality, as is the breakfast buffet. The building is modern and integrates contemporary spaces with views of the surrounding greenery.
