We had booked for the night of December 31st to January 1st and were very disappointed with our experience at this hotel. We were not informed that a DJ would be playing until 3:00 AM and that the noise would be deafening, preventing us from sleeping on the 4th floor! The music was blasting! The management's response: You weren't informed beforehand because you booked through Trip.com and we didn't have your contact information. False! Trip.com has a messaging system, and hotels that respect their customers send a message through this system to inform guests in advance and ensure they are comfortable staying until 3:00 AM and that they have the option to book elsewhere if they refuse. Forced to leave at 1:30 AM because we couldn't sleep due to the unbearable noise level in our room, we had to book another hotel at a higher price. The manager refused to give us a full refund and deducted the fees collected by Trip.com. Given the inconvenience, the least she could have done was give us a full refund! Furthermore, the only gesture of goodwill offered was Accor points (less than 300 – we thought it was a joke!). We would have appreciated it if, after ruining our New Year's Eve, the manager had acted professionally and offered us a free night at her hotel or a significant discount on a future stay. Customer service is clearly not this hotel's strong point, and we will not be returning. We have also shared our regrettable experience with as many people as possible, as we are outraged by it. We waited to post our review until we received a full refund for the room and breakfasts, without the Trip.com commission, as the hotel manager was apparently penny-pinching.

Shameful for a 4-star hotel! I've stayed in many hotels, but this one is the worst of all. The hotel is outdated, the elevator looks like it's from 1920, you can hear everything, the doors slam constantly, and the window is as small as a castle arrow slit. We arrived for New Year's Eve, and the music was blasting so loud we could hear it all the way to the 5th floor. They claim to have notified us by email about their party, but we never received anything. We left in the middle of the night because I couldn't sleep, and we changed hotels around 2:00 AM. Worst hotel of my life, and we stay in hotels often, but this one is a huge Bean's, far from being a 4-star. Avoid at all costs!
