We spent two nights at this hotel on December 26th and 27th. The hotel is very well located. My only complaints are that we had no heating in the room for two days, and no supplemental heating. When you ask why, one person gives a different answer, and the other gives a different one. It's simply disappointing. Also, upon arrival in the room, there was only one set of towels, even though there were two of us. Disappointing, especially since I also work in a hotel.

We were very disappointed with the standard of accommodation. The room was cramped, the linens were worn, toiletries were missing, the fridge was empty, and the sparkling water dispenser on the landing was broken. There were dogs in the rooms: how are we supposed to avoid dog hair for the next guests? The breakfast was basic: cheap, mass-produced products, including the bread.
