The staff are all friendly, except the pool attendant 👎 How many times have I stayed here? Wearing a t-shirt while bathing in the pool has never been prohibited, bathing as much as you like like a hotel pool in general. But this x is very disappointing when we wanted to bathe, the pool attendant forbade us and his way was really not friendly, my little brother had entered the pool and was told to get out, he said wearing a t-shirt was not allowed. Only a swimsuit is allowed. For management, please pay attention, not everyone likes wearing revealing clothes. I have been to several hotels in Indonesia that I have not been to, including this hotel. How many x have I been to, but I really love it. I have paid for several rooms, but only two people can bathe in the pool, and that is only my father and my child 🥲

This is my first night at this hotel and it was deeply disappointing and far below the standards one would reasonably expect from a hospitality establishment (which 4-star hotel) Upon entering my first room, I was immediately confronted with an overwhelming odor resembling a decaying animal. The smell was so unbearable that I requested a room change. Unfortunately, the second room had the same disturbing odor. After being moved a third time, it was finally discovered that the source of the smell was in fact a dead cat, which explained the severe and persistent stench present in the previous rooms. Such a situation raises serious concerns regarding the hotel’s sanitation, inspection routines, and general upkeep. The experience during the room transfer process was equally frustrating. When I was assigned the second room, the access card did not function at all, leaving me waiting outside the room while security attempted to resolve the issue. Engineering staff were supposedly contacted, yet no one arrived for more than 10 minutes, forcing me to wait in the corridor with no clear assistance or sense of urgency from the staff. Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. The room floor had visible dirt and what appeared to be leftover food residue, clearly indicating that the room had not been properly cleaned prior to my arrival. Even more concerning, the bedcover and bedsheets were covered with multiple stains and spots, which is entirely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to prioritize guest comfort and hygiene. Overall, the combination of poor cleanliness, unpleasant odors, and slow service response created an extremely negative experience. Basic standards of hygiene and maintenance were evidently not met. I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and conducts a thorough review of their housekeeping, maintenance, and quality control processes, as experiences like this significantly undermine guest trust.
