I want to give a special compliment to the girls at reception, who were extremely helpful, attentive, and always had a smile on their faces, making all the difference during our stay. The restaurant staff also deserve praise: impeccable service, very cordial, and simply wonderful food. Congratulations to the chef for the care and flavor! I returned to the hotel after a few years and we were very happy to see the care, quality, and attention to detail. It was a very positive experience from beginning to end. We will definitely be back many more times!

The accommodation is good and comfortable, but I had problems with small cockroaches every day I stayed there. Management said they would reinforce pest control, but I still kept finding small cockroaches in the room. I know the city is hot and humid, but this spoiled my experience as a guest.

My second stay at the Mercure Manaus, after having stayed at other hotels in the Amazonian capital following my first stay. I returned. It's located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, Adrianópolis. Quick check-in. I had done a pre-check-in. The room I stayed in was a flat-style room. Comfortable sofa facing the 55" TV and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, cooktop, dishes, and cutlery. Super clean room, but lacking a period of natural ventilation before receiving the guest. You enter, there's a musty smell, but there was no mold on the walls. Open the windows! Welcome amenities: Two coffee capsules, teas, and complimentary water. Bed with a very good mattress. Split air conditioner noisy. There are more modern ones on the market with zero noise. The good thing is that the air isn't directly on the bed due to the room's great size. Spacious bathroom, good shower stall. Hygiene amenities. Daily cleaning, no problem. Small rooftop pool not used. Cloudy and/or rainy in the Amazonian capital during the period. Room service with service charge included. All my other meal orders were via iFood except for natural juices. Very good breakfast. Unforgivable were the cashew nuts exposed for consumption in the room that had a rancid taste. I checked the bag and the expiration date. The validity period had expired 15 days prior. They didn't charge me at the end. Aside from that, the lobby was lovely and the staff were super friendly. Check-out was quick. I was there from February 13th to 16th, 2026.
