It is satisfactory in terms of value for money, but caution is advised when selecting a room. A logistics center is located right next door, and forklift noise occurs throughout the night, so if you are sensitive to noise, please inquire thoroughly in advance before assigning a room. The breakfast was decent, and the location was excellent, with the monorail station, Don Quijote, and a supermarket nearby. Parking is elevator-type, so entering and exiting the parking lot in the middle of the day may be inconvenient. They also provide information on nearby paid parking lots, so you can choose the option that best suits your situation.
