4 shooting stars!! We regularly travel with Accor group hotels, expecting a minimum standard from one establishment to another (Mercure/Novotel). This seems to be increasingly less the case. The room was outdated, the establishment very basic, and the breakfast of very average quality (with a price comparable to that of a good Mercure hotel). In short, avoid this hotel if you're looking for a 4-star standard.

I stay in hotels very often (Mercure, Ibis, or independent), so I have plenty of experience and a bit of perspective. This establishment is appalling in so many ways... the reception, the friendliness—everything is just amateurish, it's astounding! There were about ten of us, and two of my colleagues were given occupied rooms, and each time the reactions were surprising, frankly laughable... Breakfast was advertised as starting at 6:30 a.m., a sign in the elevator that I showed to the receptionist because he was doubtful... Well, it was 7:00 a.m., and tough luck for us... I tell you: ASTONISHING! In short, a hotel to avoid at all costs, which, luckily, benefits from a good location; that's surely why the staff couldn't care less about you!
